Delta Air Cargo: Coordinated with the breeder/seller at the close of the auction. This usually involves arranging cargo transport through delta. The breeder will provide the proper carrier, food, paperwork, veterinary clearance, and setup shipping.
Nanny Delivery Service: Coordinated with the breeder/seller at the close of the auction. This usually involvesthe buyer setting up a 3rd party to pickup the animal and fly the back to the buyer.
You can schedule pick–up immediately after the auction closes and your full payment is complete. Depending on the breeder, they may deliver or meet at the nearest airport. Each breeder profile will let you know what pick-up/delivery options are available based on the auction listing. The costs associated with each delivery are also listed in each auction, as the breeder sets the costs for each option.
Once your listing closes you will contact the buyer to arrange for pickup or other methods of delivery. We will supply you with a form for the buyer to fill out, then you’ll submit it to us after they sign off. This form states the buyer has received the animal in the listing from you in good health and finalizes the transaction. If you have extended health guarantees or contracts feel free to explain it to the buyer and have them sign at this time.
We also include a 14-day health check period for you to get to a veterinarian to sign off that the pet was fit for sale. We recommend every new pet owner visit their Dr. as soon as possible, once receiving their new family member. Animals can be returned to the breeder/seller within the 14 day window, if there is a confirmed health related issued. If there is not, then all sales are final upon the close of the auction.
